Energy Vampires at Work

I recently had the opportunity to talk with Betsy Muller, MBA, ACP-EFT, CEHP, CEC about how to gracefully conquer the energy vampires at work.

She offers some simple, concrete tips for protecting yourself from those that take energy away from your spirit. She suggests the use of a simple 3 step intervention to diminish their power over you.

1. Prepare for the encounter using positive self care (sleep, hanging out with positive people and healthy habits)

2. Use the zip-up technique to fortify the central meridian.

3. Stream energy at the vampire by connecting to unlimited source. The vampire will get energy without depleting yours and you also get a boost by being the channel.

You can prepare for the worst without getting drained. As you employ the three-step process, you should notice less drama, more calm and high productivity even when the vampires are around. Watch our interview to learn more.
