Chasity has deep and diverse experience across the human capital spectrum that serves as the foundation of her success as an Executive Coach. This broad experience has created an impressive portfolio of experiences in working with a variety of job positions and functional areas. Specifically, Chasity has coached executives possessing the job titles of CEO, CFO, COO, SVP-Shared Services SVP-Human Resources, SVP-Sales, and SVP Organizational Effectiveness among others.

Chasity brings many years of Human Resources, Recruiting and Executive Coaching expertise to the organization. She started her career at Andersen Consulting driving the HR and Recruiting efforts for the organization. She sharpened her skills as a project management in her next role at NC Group, a consulting organization based in Columbus, OH. There, Chasity managed the Operations and entire regional HR effort. She then held the position of Director of Human Resources for the America’s at NCR in Dayton, Ohio.
Chasity has spent the last nine years as a Partner with Ray and Barney group prior to founding Executive Elements in 2010, an executive coaching firm specializing in building successful female leaders. While at Ray and Barney group, Chasity was a Partner and Executive Coach in the Columbus Ohio office, both providing thousands of hours of client service work as well as providing business development and best practices leadership for the firm.
Chasity also sits on the board at The Ohio State University advisory council for Business Builders. She is a member of Leadership Dublin, SHRM, WELD, Columbus Technology Council, and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers her time at her church in Dublin, OH and in her neighborhood association – sitting on the board of both associations.
