Are Your Commitments: Shoulds or Musts?

Think about how you spent your day today…this past week. How many of the tasks were things you felt you had to do because of your job or family demanded it of you?

How many things did you do just because. Just because you enjoy them or get “fed” by them or feel good afterwards?

Now, how many things did you do because you felt like you SHOULD do them? Someone pulled at your guilt strings and you said “yes” when your head, energy and calendar were saying no.

How many of those “shoulds” could you say no to the next time? How many could you delegate?
